Directions: from the motorway Serino, turn left and go to the Mount Terminio until you will see signs for Giffoni Valle Piana. Cross the avenue and then turn left. Continue for about 700 meters until you find the restaurant on your right, visible thanks to a luminous sign. You park in a space above the room or if there is no place along the road. In any case there is no abuse.

Welcome to 2010. You too, like Vasco Brondi, you're wondering, "What story of this years c. .. or zero? I do my stuff I have to tell us, and are at least three. 1) The war is not over, unlike in the words of one of the songs belledel decade. 2) The Internet has radically changed our lives. 3) Democracy, if there ever was, in Italy is definitely going to hell. Fortunately, in this atmosphere of sadness cosmic beginning of the year, comes pouring out in the market sales. So after the first issue of what to buy in Avellino, we stop for a relaxing stop at that Serino, the restaurant "Da Septimus", recommended by the excellent blog "The Fork of Montoro. The place is really home-made, small and cozy, with two rooms, one smaller and wider at the entrance located after a short flight of stairs. We settle fortunately without wait, although it is Saturday, and now we order appetizers and drinks of the same name (as always smooth red wine and water). The service is fast enough, so after a few minutes we get a nice plate of cheese and chunks of ham, bacon, sausage and capicollo, and then 4 other dishes with peppers into strips, respectively, Mallon, bean and corn salad, garlic bread, a pizza with the eggplant instead of pasta and a dish of fried seaweed. Everything is delicious and plentiful, more than enough for two, although we had asked for only a portion. To choose the first
we rely on the advice of the waiter who offers us a dish of ravioli with porcini mushrooms, delicious, with ricotta cheese that melts in the mouth, made even more delicious with a generous sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. The final blow came with the amazing baked pork with potatoes and tomatoes, baked and wrapped in a sheet of aluminum foil. Straconsigliato and delicious, especially the pieces of pork bruciaticci that attach to aluminum foil. Dolce
closing a portion of home-made tiramisu (as well as the ravioli and other dishes), account for only 27 € for an appetizer, half a liter of red, water, two seats, a first, second and a sweet ( not present in the income, gift or forgotten?). And a good 2010.
