How To Adjust The Flame On A Propane Heater

Boletus

Boletus

Via Zambrano 189 - Siano (SA)
Tel 081/5183080 - Closed on Mondays
Type of cuisine: homemade
Price: Low to medium
Overall rating: 5 / 5

Directions: honestly I do not have the faintest idea why I have led, however
dall'A30 you should leave the motorway at Castel St. George and then follow signs to Let (you will see signs). The restaurant is on the principle of common Let's, then almost at the end of Castel San Giorgio.

halfway between the valley and the dell'Irno Sarno-Nocera plain lies the town of Siano,
nestled in the foothills of the Porsche, and Julio Bosco Bourbon, full of delights including
just mushrooms, which give the name of the restaurant where we'll go soon to parlare.Il "Boletus" is an exclusively family-run restaurant (the father
collect mushrooms in the mountains, his wife and daughter serving in the kitchen table) wide but at the same time welcoming thanks
the friendliness of the owners. We settle and begin
as always with the house antipasto, which here is really from Guinness: it starts with the caterpillar
tomatoes and 'Nduja homemade bocconcini, prosciutto, capicollo, bacon, sausage,
then a mega-bowl of grilled eggplant, zucchini and peppers scapece welt.
When we thought it was over, two dishes come with vegetables and porcini meatballs,
and a plate of potatoes (not frozen) fried with chunks of mushrooms. A starter from
hospitalization, and extra hole on the belt. For the second time at all, but rather the best at seven P
pasta (pasta, potatoes, bacon, provolone, parsley, mushrooms, pepper) preparatacon the extraordinary mixed pasta that goes well with all herbs and vegetables in genere.Strepitosa bluntly, but not so abundant as to be finished (accomplice
the mega-starter). The bill is € 84.50 for 4 starters, 4 / 1, 1 bottle of wine,
1 of coca cola, water, blankets and sweet. There's also pizza, and the assurance that food will come out
eyes if you're not used to eating so much. Congratulations to the staff of Boletus!

The highlight of the review is the pasta to the seven P " recommended Tracklist: Goldfrapp - Goldfrapp

The Barn

The Barn

Via Lago Lucrino 9 - Picciola Pontecagnano Faiano (SA)
Tel 089/203204 - 331/8678637 - Closed?
Type of cuisine: homemade
Price: Low to medium
Overall rating: 5 / 5

Directions: from the coastal Pontecagnano, continue south to the street in front of the beach Europa Europa. Imboccatela and after 800 meters you will find the room on your right. Ample free parking abuse.

If the notorious airport "Amalfi Coast" sluggish, fortunately in his neighborhood there is a fairly new facility that seeks to make room in the crowded world of catering pontecagnanese though. We are talking about the farm "The Barn", which I guess has opened recently. As I learned through some posters noted
from parts of the Carrefour, but I did not know the exact location. So one afternoon, with the car of a friend of mine recently switched to LPG, we decide to go hence to the discovery, unfortunately without success (the reason is obvious: the voyage of discovery we did on Tuesday afternoon, when the space is closed as the sign is off). Marzolino Saturday night, booked, and we arrive at that of Lake Lucrino. Fortunately, we do not have to wait (which is not obvious: you often wait despite a reservation). We then sit down at a table in the back of the room (only drawback, the TV on) and order without thinking too much about the appetizer of the house. My children, how much stuff! We start with a plate of stuffed artichokes, delicate and tender, and then continue with potato gateau, peppers tenderloin, zucchini scapece, fritters of algae, in addition to the inevitable with bocconcini cheese, olives and even, neck, bacon and ham. In short, just enough to knock anyone, but we continue undeterred by ordering a big plate of mixed grilled meat (chicken, veal and sausage), salad without weighing it down or else there. Ending a meal with the sweet "Pan's stars," did exactly with the famous Mulino Bianco biscuits, chocolate and lots of sugar. Account for only 70 € for 4 starters, 2 main, 1 side dish, 2 cakes, wine and water covered. On the return, even for the first try. There is also a wood oven pizza right before your eyes, and karaoke on Friday night (or Sunday, I forget).

The highlight of the review are the "stuffed artichokes"

The Scales

The rocker

Via Roma 25 - Pontecagnano Faiano (SA)
Tel 089/849030 - Closed on Mondays
Type of cuisine: pizza / appetizers
Price: Low to medium
Overall rating: 5 / 5

Getting there: It is very easy to reach "The Scales", simply exit the ring road at junction " Pontecagnano "and then turn right, past the bowling and after a while you will find the room on your left. In front there is parking, alas, adjacent parking.
"The Scales" is a famous pizzeria which is on the doorstep of Pontecagnano, shortly after
bowling and before the level crossing. It takes its name from the scale used in
premises once used to trade in the fruit. This balance is still there present, but is not
history of commerce that we want to talk about in this review.
The pizza looks quite large, with wooden ceiling and stone walls, which give the local
a warm atmosphere. We visit the pizzeria in a quiet
Friday night, to avoid the crowd on Saturday (which in this restaurant is known already from the road. That someone explain it to you can go out during the week). We settle
and order escargot famous (like a croissant) with pizza stuffed with broccoli and cheese, delicious and light. Go on with two pizzas, a devil and a Sicilian thick fair and good on the palate, especially with the devil of half of mozzarella cherries scattered to keep company with pepperoni. We close with a wafer with ricotta cheese and walnut dusted with icing sugar, which is also excellent. Income of € 28 for 6 escargot, 2 pizzas, one sweet, one water and one pint of beer on tap. All is well spent and earned.

The highlight of this review are "escargot"
