Directions: honestly I do not have the faintest idea why I have led, however
dall'A30 you should leave the motorway at Castel St. George and then follow signs to Let (you will see signs). The restaurant is on the principle of common Let's, then almost at the end of Castel San Giorgio.
halfway between the valley and the dell'Irno Sarno-Nocera plain lies the town of Siano,
nestled in the foothills of the Porsche, and Julio Bosco Bourbon, full of delights including
just mushrooms, which give the name of the restaurant where we'll go soon to parlare.Il "Boletus" is an exclusively family-run restaurant (the father
collect mushrooms in the mountains, his wife and daughter serving in the kitchen table) wide but at the same time welcoming thanks
the friendliness of the owners. We settle and begin
as always with the house antipasto, which here is really from Guinness: it starts with the caterpillar
tomatoes and 'Nduja homemade bocconcini, prosciutto, capicollo, bacon, sausage,
then a mega-bowl of grilled eggplant, zucchini and peppers scapece welt.
When we thought it was over, two dishes come with vegetables and porcini meatballs,
and a plate of potatoes (not frozen) fried with chunks of mushrooms. A starter from
