Directions: from Salerno, take the highway 18 (the one that everyone calls "National") and go in the direction of Cava de 'Tirreni . Shortly after the pizzeria "Two Brothers", turn left and follow the signs for "Molina". Parked along the river and ask where is the place to those who spend the night out at the bar.

Not every silver lining, or, as my father would say, for Nocera. One Saturday morning, despite myself, I find the hardware store to buy some items for the resolution of small household chores and, when paid, close to the case the business card of this restaurant which I had not heard yet, the "San Leo Cantinella" Molina di Vietri. Google Quick tells me a lot of positive feedback, so I decide that a visit is a must (in fact I would go there even without feedback). We come to the infamous village Molina di Vietri and try the restaurant, located Slightly set back in a narrow river to the left (looking seaward). We enter, and the friendly waiter makes us sit under a fake window from which hang a pair of socks. We sit, and it explains how the time: in practice, it is a wine cellar, there is no need to order immediately, but take your time to taste the slew of appetizers that come seamlessly from the kitchen. Then passed down to our half-liter flask of wine, we get a nice cut flower with Sardinian salami and tarallucci villager. No time to finish them and get a second plate with two pieces, black olives and tomatoes seasoned with olive oil, oregano, salt and basil. Do you think it over? Even as a joke! Continuing with the goodies, we appreciate a good plate with potato gateau, breeches baked with ricotta cheese, omelettes stuffed with vegetables, fried eggplant and zucchini scapece. In addition, a beautiful soup of white beans with sausage, sausage, parsley and chilli, two slices of toast. Closing (appetizers) with potatoes, roasted eggplant and zucchini with oil and vinegar, very good indeed. There are also great desserts (pastry cakes with jam and almond paste), served on a platter with two cups in the shape of the jug and the bottle of limoncello flow directly to the table. There were also several first and second to try (both land and sea), but will certainly be for another time.
